Document Verification Disclaimer
These terms apply to all document, certificate, employment and third-party verification requests.
Scope of verification
Verification is limited to confirming, where possible, whether details submitted correspond to records available for Dr. C. V. Raman University of Professional Studies. It does not extend to documents issued by any other institution.
Availability of records
The institution was permanently closed in 2021. Records are historical, and completeness cannot be guaranteed. A request may result in a confirmation, a partial response, or a statement that the record could not be located.
An inability to locate a record is not, by itself, a finding that a document is fraudulent.
Authorisation and consent
Organisations submitting verification requests must be authorised by the individual concerned. By submitting a request, the requesting organisation confirms that it holds the necessary consent and will use the response only for the stated purpose.
Responses are provided to the requester identified in the form and must not be republished or used for any other purpose.
No certification of authenticity
A verification response describes what the available records show. It does not constitute a certificate, a reissue of any document, or a legal attestation.
Processing
Verification requests are processed in the order received. Timelines depend on the nature of the request and the availability of records. Incomplete submissions may be refused or may take longer to process.
